about buying handmade ceramic art

Each piece is made by hand and painted by hand. That means there will be small differences on each piece. Each work is an original in its own way. I suggest hand washing for all ceramic pieces to keep them alive. You can put them in the microwave but they do tend to heat up a bit more than industrial pottery, please use care.
 

shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout. I use new and recycled packing materials. Each pieces is wrapped in colorful tissue paper and wrapped in bubble wrap and peanuts. I will ship your order 4-7 business days after receiving it. I ship via our fine USPS.

If you are interested in international shipping, please contact me at art@hollycoley.com. International orders do not have tracking numbers and can take over 15 days for delivery. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and charges that are applied by their country to imports.

Return policy

I cannot be held responsible if damage or loss occurs after I have lodged a parcel at the post office. I'm not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All sales are final.
